Improve Your Sleep with a ‘To Do’ List

Have you often woken up in the middle of the night worrying about all the things you need to do the following day?Â
I know many business owners and entrepreneurs who lose sleep because of this…and yet there is a way that will minimise this from happening…only if you do it!
Spend a few minutes at the end of the day reviewing the day’s activities and preparing for the following day… and yes you must write it down. With 50,000 thoughts a day running through your brain you can easily forget!
Your diary is the best place to do this.
Oh, and make sure you have a pen and paper next to your bed just in case you do wake up…a torch is also handy so you don’t disturb anyone else.
