Be careful who sends emails on your behalf
By Lorraine | April 3, 2008
If you have people sending out emails on your behalf, make sure they know how to ‘talk’ to people.
I had a message from a lady who does the bookkeeping for one of my suppliers. The way she worded her email implied I must be stupid. Â
In fact I’ve been thinking about taking my business elsewhere because the company does nothing to thank me for spending hundreds of dollars with them every year.
Today’s email is the straw that broke the camel’s back!
How many business owners do you know who lose business because of their poorly trained staff?

I agree. We had a similar situation recently which I posted about on my blog where a poorly trained staff member of a pizza delivery company suggested our baby sitter do something fraudulent to get around the fact that their systems were confusing!
