If you don’t take action, nothing will happen

Had a request for a refund from a lady who purchased my e-book “Get Organized-Get a LIFE!
 She mentioned she had purchased several other books on the topic of productivity, organization and time management and that my e-book didn’t contain anything new that she didn’t already know.
I personally responded to her email and said ‘have you taken consistent action from what she knew? And guess what her reply was? ‘No’.Â
Nothing will happen if you don’t take action.Â
By the way, always guarantee everything that you offer…whether they are products or services. You’ll make more sales that way. Very few people actually ask for a refund.
