Punctuality affects your image

Had a meeting yesterday with the major decision-maker of an industry association.
She gave me a very good first impression by turning up on time. Then everything else from there went extremely well.
This lady is on- the- ball. From the way she spoke I just knew she would follow through on what we discussed.
From the first time we made contact she gave me a favourable impression.
She was prompt in responding to emails and when we finally met, she was punctual. ..arrived right on time.
It’s the little things that make a major impact.
