Time Management and Your Relationships

By Lorraine | February 22, 2008

Had a ‘closed door’ coaching session with clients this afternoon via a conference call.

The whole idea was to give these business owners the opportunity to air the good and the bad in their business.

The main gist of the call was how important our personal relationships are and if they aren’t working, it has a major impact on our business.

The main reason why many relationships breakdown is because of the lack of communication.  Much of this is caused by the minimal amount of time people spend on this crucial area.

In many cases they invest minimal time and expect it all to work.  If  you’re having relationship problems, have a look at how much time and energy you invest in keeping it on track.

If your relationship isn’t working, don’t procrastinate and think the problems will go away.  They will generally get worse unless you take action to change it.
