Delegate or Drown

Had an ‘urgent’ call from a lady today whose business is nearly killing her.
She’s up to all hours of the night trying to get everything done…and I mean ‘everything’.
Her strengths are in marketing so she’s created plenty of business but doesn’t have the internal systems or people to support the growth. As a result she’s about to implode.
‘Mary’s’ doing everything from bookkeeping, delivering her services, marketing, cleaning…you name it, she’s been crazy enough to do it. She’s also juggling her family in-between.

You know when things are out of control, get help before the crisis worsens.
