How Disorganisation Costs Money

I received a statement from a company today that showed I owed them $79 from 2001!
Seven years later the statement arrived.
At least they didn’t send me a Christmas Card with an invoice in it. That’s what the local printers did one year. I never received anything else after that as I found another printer and spent my money with them.
