The Benefits of Organised Meetings

Attended a meeting today, which was well-organised.

The convenor had prepared the agenda and circulated it in advance, it started and finished on time, she made sure everyone stuck with the format and didn’t wander off track and the outcomes were very positive for all attendees.

 We all left feeling we had accomplished something… if only most meetings were like that.
